Banco de México, acting as Trustee of the Trust related to the Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo Museums, hereinafter referred to as the “Trustee,” through the Directorate of the Frida Kahlo Museum, with its address at the Frida Kahlo Museum, located at 247 Londres Street, Colonia Del Carmen Coyoacán, Coyoacán Borough, C.P. 04100, Mexico City, Mexico; and the Diego Rivera–Anahuacalli Museum, located at 150 Museo Street, Colonia San Pablo Tepetlapa, Coyoacán Borough, C.P. 04620, Mexico City, Mexico.
In compliance with the provisions of Article 15 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, we hereby inform you of our privacy policy and the handling of personal data.
1. Personal Information Requested
The “Trustee,” through the Administration of the Casa Azul & Anahuacalli Museum Store, guarantees that the personal information of users who access this site will be treated as confidential.
The personal data requested from users at the time of registration includes: first and last name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and banking details. Such information will be used for the purpose of processing the sale of products.
