There is a historical debt to the artistic work of women muralists. Their passage through one of the most important cultural movements in Mexico has been recorded, in most cases, from a secondary role. In these pages, the artistic work of the women who participated in and reconfigured this cultural phenomenon is reconstructed and rescued. The work of each of them opens new avenues on the history of muralism in our country.
